All data is stored and processed in AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm, Sweden). No data leaves the EU. Every customer gets a dedicated, isolated AI deployment.

How the Integration Works

Connecting takes under two minutes. You authorise Aigenture to access your Procore workspace through Procore's standard OAuth 2.0 Authorisation Code Grant flow. No API keys to manage, no manual configuration. Just click, authorise, and we are connected.

2. Read-Only Data Access

Aigenture requests read-only permissions for the Procore data types needed to generate bid intelligence and vendor insights:

Directory / Vendors: Company profiles, trade classifications, diversity status
Commitments & Bids: Subcontractor proposals, bid packages, awarded contracts
Inspections: Safety and quality inspection records for vendor performance tracking
Projects: Project metadata to organise data by active and completed projects

We never write data back to your Procore workspace. Our access is strictly read-only, and limited to the minimum set of permissions required.

3. Embedded Experience

Aigenture is deployed as an embedded app inside the Procore platform. When your team opens a project, the bid comparison dashboard, vendor directory, and risk analysis tools appear as native Procore components. No new tabs, no separate login.

4. Automatic Data Processing

Once connected, Aigenture processes your historical bid records, vendor data, and inspection logs automatically. The AI model trains on your specific project history, so the intelligence you get reflects how you actually build and who you actually work with.
