Frequently Asked Questions

How long does onboarding take?

Most customers are live within 30 minutes. Install the app from your CRM marketplace, authorise OAuth, and we handle the rest. The first model trains on your historical data automatically.

How many closed deals do I need for the model to work?

We recommend at least 50 closed/lost deals for meaningful predictions. Under 50, scores are still provided but accuracy improves significantly with more historical data.

Does my CRM data leave the EU?

No. All data is stored and processed in AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm, Sweden) by default. Data is never used to train models for other customers.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged after the trial ends if you choose to continue.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it is permanently deleted from our systems.

Which CRM platforms are supported?

Aigenture works with HubSpot (all plans, including the free tier) and Pipedrive. You only need access to deals, contacts, and companies via your CRM's API.
