1. Who We Are
Aigenture Oy is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.

2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account & Billing Data
- Name, email address, and company name provided during signup.
- Payment information processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
- CRM portal ID and OAuth tokens required for CRM integration.
2.2 CRM Data (Customer Data)
- Deal records, contact records, company records, and engagement logs fetched from your CRM portal via the CRM API (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Used solely to train your organisation's machine-learning model and to compute predictions. Never used for other customers.
2.3 Usage & Technical Data
- Log files including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Error reports and diagnostic data to maintain service reliability.
2.4 Cookies
We use strictly necessary session cookies to maintain authentication state.
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Providing the Service: training models and delivering predictions.
- Account management: creating and maintaining your account.
- Billing: processing payments and issuing invoices via Stripe.
- Security: detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access.
- Customer support: responding to queries and resolving issues.
- Product improvement: analysing aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
- Legal compliance: meeting our obligations under applicable law.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
- Contractual necessity: to provide the Service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, and product analytics.
- Legal obligations: tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Consent: for optional communications; withdraw at any time.
5. Data Sharing & Sub-Processors
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with:

6. International Transfers
Customer Data is stored in AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm, Sweden) by default.
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months.
CRM training data is deleted within 30 days of account termination upon request.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
- Access: request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure: request deletion ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction: request that we limit processing.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent.

9. Security
We implement encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+), IAM least-privilege controls,
regular security reviews, and isolated per-tenant data storage in AWS.
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
